At Leviton, we stand behind the precision and reliability of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest order lookup to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, cables, and mounting hardware are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your RMA confirmation email to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
